1. Tell us about your journey since graduation.
In 2018 I started my career as a software developer intern, which led to 2019, being hired as a full-time developer and support engineer. In 2020, I found a new job as a full-stack software engineer and product owner at a start-up. Then in 2022, I started working as a senior backend software developer, although I also work on frontend technologies and share my product insights.
2. Share a favorite Grand Valley memory.
In 2017 I was on the executive board of my sorority, Alpha Sigma Tau. I always loved participating in sorority event coordination, helping train new members, and volunteering at Habitat for Humanity with my sorority sisters.
3. What's the best piece of advice you've ever received?
'You did the best you could at the time with the knowledge and tools you had then.' I am always learning and growing and that can come with a lot of 'could-of, should-of, would-of' thoughts. It is important to show positivity for yourself in past obstacles and optimism for future challenges.

Empowering, Insightful, and Collaborative
5. What difference would you like to make in the world?
