Graduation Feast

The Native American Advisory Council (NAAC) hosts an annual graduation feast to celebrate the accomplishments and future endeavors of fall and winter semester graduates. Families and community members are invited to celebrate graduates and their contributions. As a gift for each graduate, the NAAC reserves a ceremonial cord for undergraduate students and a stole for graduate students to wear with their graduation regalia.

The 2019 feast will take place on Friday, April 26 at the GVSU DeVos Center (Regency Room) in Grand Rapids at 4:00PM. Graduates should register for this special event with number of guests and the name/contact for someone they would like to speak in their honor. Please contact the Division of Inclusion and Equity with any questions (inclusion@gvsu.edu or 616-331-3296).
