Welcome
Established in 2024, the Military Veteran Faculty Staff Association (MVFSA) at Grand Valley State University fosters a supportive and inclusive community for military-connected faculty and staff. Through advocacy, mentorship, professional development, and networking, MVFSA enhances connection, visibility, and belonging across the institution.
The association recognizes and elevates the unique leadership, perspectives, and lived experiences veterans bring to higher education. By promoting awareness of military culture and strengthening cross-campus understanding, MVFSA serves as both a resource and a bridge within the university community.
Though intentional programming and peer engagement, we cultivate camaraderie, collaboration, and shared purpose.
