Please note that you will be using a university-owned instrument. You will check it out on the first day of band camp, and it will remain in your possession until the end of the marching season when it will be returned.

Registration Information

Cost
All members will be charged two fees for a total of $50.00:

$40.00 Band Camp Registration/Activity Fee
$10.00 End-of-Year Uniform Cleaning Fee

Lyres
All wind and percussion members are required to have a lyre. Lyres will only be provided to GVSU owned instruments.

Marching Band Shoes
All members are required to provide their own marching shoes. The breakdown is as follows:

Winds & Percussion: Black Marching Shoes
Color Guard: Mandated by Color Guard Instructor

Ordering Shoes from Orefice
If you need new black marching shoes, you have the option to order them through the company we use, Orefice. If you order through Orefice, they will be delivered directly to the Haas Center for Performing Arts on campus and will be distributed to you once they arrive.

To order through Orefice, use their separate order form.

The deadline to order through Orefice with this special delivery option is July 26.
