Through hands-on Playbook assignments based on real-world business scenarios, participants progress from data preparation and SQL through visualization, KPI development, analytics workflows, experiment design, and statistical interpretation. Generative AI is integrated throughout the course to help accelerate analysis, improve data workflows, and support clearer, evidence-based recommendations.

• Use generative AI strategically within business analytics workflows and understand where human judgment remains essential.
• Explore, clean, structure, and model data so it is ready for accurate analysis.
• Write and refine SQL queries to extract, organize, and analyze data stored in databases.
• Create clear data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Microsoft Excel.
• Develop KPIs, evaluate business questions, design experiments, interpret results, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
