WGVU reports that GVSU students are halfway through the Laker Accelerated Talent Link pilot, which connects students with West Michigan employers—Acrisure, Amway, Cascade Engineering, Corewell Health, and Michigan Software Labs—for enhanced, certificate-linked internships; the first cohort includes 21 students, with internships starting in January and a goal to expand to 100 students next year.
