The GVSU COVID call center (616) 331-4636 remains in operation weekdays for the Fall 2021 semester. If you have a question you cannot find an answer to on our Frequently Asked Questions Page, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. The Virus Action Team will get back to you within one to two business days.
Personal health concerns should be directed to the GVSU/Spectrum Health 24-hour call center (833) 734-0020.
GVSU Housing and Residence Life also has an assistance line for on-campus residents who have a close contact exposure, failed self-assessment, or positive COVID-19 test. The number is (616) 331-9595, and it will be monitored daily and on evenings and weekends.
