Application Preparation - Student Profile

BSN Application: Student Profile

The Student Profile makes up 25% of the overall admission decision for both the Traditional and Second-Degree BSN programs and is reviewed separately from other components of the application. Reviewers only see the information provided in the profile itself, which ensures the focus remains on the student's accomplishments and experiences.

The Student Profile is a table-based document that students download, complete, and then submit during the application window. It functions like a resume for their life experiences, where applicants list the relevant activities they have engaged in. Each entry asks students to identify skills gained and the impact of those experiences on themselves or their community. This profile provides an important opportunity to demonstrate the attributes that make them a strong candidate in a structured format.
