Change of US Address

Federal Regulations require all F-1 and J-1 students to provide their school with their new US address within 10 days of moving. This applies to current students and students on OPT/STEM/AT. Please submit your new address via this form and we will update your SEVIS record accordingly.

If you are a current GVSU student, please change your address in MyBanner under "local address." You do not need to complete this form.
If you are a graduated GVSU student, please complete the form below to report your address.

Processing Time: all immigration requests are expected to take about 1 week (5 business days) to process.
