Reunion Row is a tailgating opportunity for GVSU Alumni Networks and departments at Homecoming.

If you sign up for Reunion Row, you'll receive:

• 12' x 12' tailgating space next to the Alumni Tent
• 10' x 10' frame tent
• 6' banquet table with linens
• 8 chairs

You will be responsible for communicating details with your group members and for bringing food, beverages, and any giveaway items.

• Power will not be provided.
• Alumni Relations will have alcohol for purchase in the nearby alumni tailgate area. Please note, that alcohol will not be able to leave the fenced-in beer garden area.
• Trash cans will available in the area. Please be respectful of the area and assist in keeping the Reunion Row area clean.

Reunion Row is available during the GVSU Homecoming Alumni Tailgate on Saturday, October 28, 2023, from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m.

• Set up will start at 11:15 a.m.
• Check-in will begin at 11:30 a.m.

Reunion Row will be in the grass located next to the Alumni Tailgate tent. We'll assign you a 12' x 12' space near the main entrance to Lubbers Stadium. (See photo below.)

Dress according to the weather.  It’s been a rainy week so please be prepared for mud.

A Reunion Row tent is $250 to rent from Alumni Relations.

GVSU Alumni Affinity and Regional Networks may apply a portion of their annually allocated funds to cover costs.

• There will be no parking/driving to the tailgate area.
• Those with Gold or Blue lot passes will be let into their respective lots.
• Free parking is available at the Alumni House & Visitor Center.
• To assist with transporting items, we'll offer golf cart shuttles from the Alumni House to the tailgate between 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Please email Ashlyn Leavitt if you plan to use a golf cart shuttle.

An alumni volunteer will be directing those who arrive on how to find their tent. Maps will also be available. Each tent will be labeled with a banner.

Homecoming Tailgate info

• Collect guest names the tailgate to track attendance. We'll provide a sheet you may use for this purpose.
• After the event, email the attendance list and photos to Ashlyn Leavitt.
