The Hauenstein Center for Presidential Studies at Grand Valley State University brought Judge William H. Webster, former director of both the Central Intelligence Agency and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, to Grand Rapids. Judge Webster shared his unique perspective on domestic and international intelligence and the presidential decision making process.
