Ott Lecture to focus on fundamental problems in chemical physics

Daniel Neumark, professor of chemistry at University of California, Berkeley, has spent the bulk of his career implementing state-of-the-art experiments to probe fundamental problems in chemical physics - specifically, the nature of reaction transition states. Neumark will discuss his research during the Arnold C. Ott Lectureship in Chemistry on April 12.

Carillons will toll tonight to mark 50th anniversary of MLK assassination

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated in Memphis, Tennessee, on April 4, 1968. To commemorate the 50th anniversary of his death, Grand Valley's Cook Carillon Tower and Beckering Family Carillon will join in a chorus of bells ringing at the same time tonight from carillon towers across the U.S., beginning in Memphis.

Progressive/Conservative Summit to tackle difficult political climate, discussions
