Grand Connections Program Brings Experienced Older Adults with GVSU Students

The world is moving faster than ever, and there is an ever-growing concern about the future. The Grand Connections program is a community initiative that brings together adults of different generations.
In partnership with AARP, older adults from the community will connect with students and work to build meaningful relationships. Young adults can learn from their wealth of experience and wisdom, and be better prepared to deal with their lives ahead.
In Grand Connections, there are social events and mentorship opportunities for everyone to be a part of. There is the upcoming Annual Art and Science of Aging Conference, throughout the day of February 24th, and everyone is invited to attend.
