nursing graduate student represents GVSU at Regional 3MT competition

Kathryn Ellens, a graduate student in the Doctor of Nursing Practice program represented GVSU at the Midwestern Association of Graduate Schools (MAGS) Regional 3-Minute Thesis Competition. Kathryn was the first place winner of GVSU’s third annual 3-Minute Thesis competition that took place in February. Her research presentation was titled, “Effect on Opioid Use following the Implementation of Evidence-Based Pain Management Practices for an Observation Unit.”
Congratulations to Kathryn for participating in the 74th Annual MAGS regional competition last week in Grand Rapids, MI.
