Biology Graduate's Paper Accepted for Publication

Matthew J. Cooper, Master of Science in Biology, has had his paper Influence of geomorphic setting on the metabolism of Lake Huron fringing wetlands accepted for publication by the Association for the Sciences of Limnology and Oceanography.
Dr. Alan Steinman of the Annis Water Resources Institute at GVSU and Dr. Donald Uzarski of the Institute for Great Lakes Research at Central Michigan University, served as advisors and co-authors on the paper.
Matthew received his Master of Science degree from GVSU in April 2009. Matthew's final thesis served as GVSU's first entry to the MAGS Distinguished Thesis Competition in 2009.
