Physician Assistant Studies Program Earns Award

The Physician Assistant Studies program in Traverse City will receive a national award, the Outstanding Credit Program Award, recognizing its innovation and excellence from the University Professional and Continuing Education Association at its annual conference in March. This is due to all of the students out of the three classes total that have graduated from this program passing their national certification exam, in addition to more than 70 percent of alumni practicing in rural or under-served areas. The program has been very successful since its establishment in 2015 and is deserving of this award. Congratulations to our PAS program!
