are pictured.
The newly established Zeta Gamma chapter of the Delta Omega Honorary
Society in Public Health at Grand Valley held its inaugural induction
ceremony April 16.
More than 30 students, faculty, alumni and honorary members were recognized.
Criteria for the honor society include a minimum GPA of 3.85 and
outstanding performance in scholarship, teaching, research and
community service. Election to Delta Omega recognizes merit and
encourages devotion to public health work and a connection to GVSU's
Public Health Department.
Participants spent 10 weeks in an accelerator program offered by the DeVos Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, in partnership with GVSU's Northern Michigan Region.
