AWRI Seminar Series: Friday, Nov. 21, 2 p.m., Lake Michigan Center, Muskegon; James Sears, assistant professor of agriculture, food, and resource economics at MSU, will give a presentation, "How Price-Fluid are Utility Customers in the Short- and Long-Run?
