Alert system test set for October 1

September 28, 2021 (Volume 45, Number 3)

Grand Valley will test the GVSUAlert! system Friday, October 1, at noon.

The test will include the outdoor warning system on the Allendale Campus.

All Grand Valley students, faculty and staff members will receive a test message by email, text or phone call.

The alert test will also be sent to computers in labs and kiosks across campus as a desktop notification; click "acknowledge" to reset. The test will also appear on all university website banners, including the homepage, until about 12:05 p.m.
