Call for proposals for Leadership Summit

The Office of Student Life announced that program proposals for the 2026 Leadership Summit are now open.
Faculty, staff, students, alumni and community partners are invited to share their expertise and passion for leadership by submitting a session proposal. Proposal submissions are open through November 9, at 11:59 p.m.
The Leadership Summit is Grand Valley’s premier student leadership conference. The summit offers a space for learning, growth and connection that welcomes students from across campus and beyond. This year’s summit will highlight topics such as:
- Civic Engagement
- General Leadership
- Personal Development
- Professional Development
- Social Justice
- Student Organizations
This year’s summit is presented in partnership with the Hauenstein Center for Presidential Studies and the Peter C. Cook Leadership Academy. As part of this collaboration, the Frederick Meijer Lecture Series will serve as the keynote presentation, bringing new energy and perspective to the conference experience.
