Craig Carpenter, professor emeritus of education

Craig
Carpenter, professor emeritus of education, died on April 6, 2025.
He was 84.
Carpenter joined the faculty in 1970 and served Grand Valley for 25 years, retiring in 1995. He devoted his career to deaf education and authored multiple books about language and reading development for hearing-impaired students.
