Payment and insurance information
An insurance card is required at the time of service. Accepted insurance plans are Aetna, ASR, Medicare, Priority Health, Blue Care Network, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Confinity. Individuals are responsible for any copays or insurance denials and may receive a bill if applicable.

Retirees, benefit-eligible faculty and staff, and their dependents must also bring their insurance card for processing. Note that vaccines are billed through insurance and are not automatically covered by GVSU. Options may be available for those unable to pay. If you do not have an accepted insurance plan, you will be billed $70 for a standard-dose flu shot or $99 for a high-dose flu shot (if offered at your clinic).

Clinics cannot accept payment onsite (cash, check, debit/credit). Billing will be processed after your visit.

More information can be found at the Center for Health and Well-Being website. Questions can be directed to [email protected] or [email protected].
