Description of the Organization
CU*Answers is a support company for multiple different credit unions and provides them with many of the necessary items they need to run. The company is relatively small having 300+ employees and 3 buildings.
Description of the Tasks/Projects Completed
I completed the task of configuring and deploying all new PCs in the company that were replacing old PCs that were going to run out on their warranty as well as wiping all information off of the old hard drives before sending them back to Dell.
Skills/Knowledge Gained Through The Experience
I learned more about the internal workings of PCs as well as some certain indicators that a possible hardware failure is about to happen and which piece of hardware it most likely is.
Favorite Part of the Experience
My favorite part was the people that I got to work with and the information that I was able to learn from them.
How the Experience Influenced Future Career Goals
I have learned which paths that I should look into for possible career paths in the future and where I probably should stay away from in terms of choices.
