Description of the Tasks/Projects Completed
I worked as a general manufacturing engineer interning. I supported a assembly and a fabrication area. I implemented various improvements to increase ergonomics and the production of the assembly line. I worked on new improved fixtures for products. I also worked on general improvements for the line.
Skills/Knowledge Gained Through The Experience
I now am better at project management and problem solving. I also improved my skills in professionalism.
Favorite Part of the Experience
My favorite part was that I now had an area that I directly supported and interacted with.
How the Experience Influenced Future Career Goals
This has impacted my future goals because I would like to stay with Millerknoll when I graduate as a full time engineer.
