As you may know from communications from Grand Valley State University, we are developing our shared vision and strategy for the next several years to ensure that GVSU sets itself a bold and ambitious course for its future amidst a backdrop of both challenges and opportunities. We are now moving into Phase 3 of our Reach Higher 2025 process, as we are in the final year of the current (2016-2021) strategic plan.

The Steering Committee is grateful for widespread and productive participation in developing the draft Mission, Vision, and Values statements. We have developed these draft statements from input and conversation with thousands of students, faculty, staff, alumni, and external stakeholders over the last 18 months, and are now inviting you to participate in drafting our strategic priorities.
