Middle managers often sit in a role that is being squeezed from multiple directions. One of the most common challenges they face is the “power squeeze” — navigating expectations from senior leaders while also leading and supporting their teams. Power and leadership often go hand in hand, but power is most effective when used appropriately and with intention. This webinar will explore the difference between power and influence, how power dynamics show up in the workplace, and practical tools middle managers can use to navigate those dynamics more effectively. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how to lead through influence, build trust, and manage up, down, and across the organization.
