The Kent County Health Equity Council and Grand Valley State University’s Master of Public Health Program are pleased to be holding the 2024 Health Equity Conference on September 19, 2024. The event will be held in the DeVos Center for Interdisciplinary Health, on GVSU's Health campus in downtown Grand Rapids, MI. At the heart of this event is a commitment to community engagement and collaboration as the foundation for creating a community in which everyone can thrive. In addition to poster and interactive breakout sessions, and a Community Voice Panel, the keynote address will be given by Hope Rollins, Director of Education and Training at Michigan Public Health Institute (MPHI).

Join us on September 19 as we work together to advance health equity in Kent County through education, collaboration, and actionable solutions! This is a free event, but registration is required.
