The Educational Foundations faculty are hosting our 9th Annual Film & Speaker Event on Tuesday, October 20, at 6:00pm on the City Campus, featuring A City Within A City , a documentary exploring the Black freedom struggle in Grand Rapids. Important note: This is a community feedback screening—help filmmakers shape the film before its final completion! The community feedback screening will be followed by a panel discussion with local community leaders. We will have 3rd Ward City Commissioner Marshall Kilgore and Ms. Deborah Jones join us as panelists as well as the local filmmaker, Victor Williams.
