Please Note: Submitting this form does not guarantee that the Vice President is available to speak at your event. You may wish to contact the EDCF Office directly to ascertain whether the Vice President will be available during the time you will be requesting him to be at your event. The EDCF Office will contact you to confirm whether or not the Vice President is available to attend your event once this form is received.
