Approach to Therapy: I believe that the best growth, transformation, and healing happens within a counseling relationship marked by authenticity and empathy. My goal is to build this type of relationship with clients as we work through their challenges and build on their strengths together. Additionally, I strive to create an environment where students feel comfortable sharing their true and honest thoughts, feelings, and concerns. It's important to feel safe in counseling; I feel honored to co-create safe spaces with clients so they can grow and overcome what life has placed in front of them.
