Preferred practice days/times are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate requests. Clubs must be in good standing to receive facility time.

For home practices please select the building and then in additional comments select specific rooms you are requesting.

For off-campus please just fill in the comment boxes all the information needed of facilities day and times. Just put something generic and the time and day fields listed. I just want to be able to track your off-campus info.

Please submit a different request for each facility you would like to request if you are requesting different days and times for those spaces. If you are say requesting outdoor field space and would do any of the 3 fields, then you can checkmark them all at once and just keep the time requests the same and submit it all at once. For example, in the fall if you are looking to book outdoor field time and weight room time. Please submit a request for your outdoor field request, and then go in and fill out a separate request for your weight room request time. Same if you are requesting some outdoor time and indoor time. But if for example you don't care if the team had outdoor field 1 or outdoor field 3 or say the arena or court 4/5, then you can submit that all at once if the practice requests would be for the same time and day. If you are open to multiple options but do have a preference than leave that in the comments please. Hope that helps and makes sense.
