On Wednesday, April 6, Dr. Peter Bogucki (Princeton University) will discuss his ground-breaking research in this area, over Zoom. We'll talk about the discovery of the earliest evidence for the making of cheese, including ceramic sieves, the more recent identification of milk lipids in them by chemists at the University of Bristol, and the implications for our understanding of European prehistory.
