EAP Self-Assessment Workshop Sign-Up (November 2025)

The first step in preparing to apply to one of our EAPs is completing the required Self-Assessment, which is part of the GVSU Endorsement Application.

Early Assurance Program (EAP) applicants are REQUIRED TO ATTEND one of the Self-Assessment Workshops. Please complete the questions below to sign up for a workshop.

During the EAP Self-Assessment Workshop, prospective EAP applicants will complete a self-assessment form under the guidance of premed advisors. You do not need to complete the self-assessment prior to the workshop, but it will be helpful to have a list of your experiences and activities, as well as an accurate overall and science GPA calculation. You will also have an opportunity to see examples of successful past EAP applications.
