Previously Susan worked at Head Start for Kent County for 19 years as Health Coordinator, serving families throughout Kent County with early childhood education and health services. She has a B.A. in Spanish from WMU.

In her free time, Susan enjoys stamp collecting, bicycling, and spending time with her family.
