Lynsey Elve

Lynsey serves on the Community Engagement Committee.

Lynsey is an integrated communications strategist who has mastered many facets of the industry over the course of her accomplished 17-year career, from corporate reputation management to advertising to brand storytelling.

She is currently Director of Global Corporate Communications at The Kraft Heinz Company, where she is helping the company navigate one of the most visible CPG transformations of the last decade. Alongside her growing team of external and internal communications professionals, she has helped build a best-in-class global center of communications supporting Kraft Heinz’s mission to lead the future of food by engaging KHC stakeholders through world-class storytelling and moments of connection with its brands.

In this role, she helps oversee the company’s global external communications efforts, which includes managing its global news engine, financial communications, executive thought leadership, executive social media and creative content.

Before Kraft Heinz, Lynsey was an integral part of Publicis Groupe for over a decade, serving in various roles at Leo Burnett and MSL. At Leo Burnett, her role was twofold: overseeing agency marketing, acting as the agency’s official spokesperson, and leading the agency’s in-house PR agency, “Leo+” which included overseeing its biggest piece of business, P&G, where she was tasked with elevating P&G’s reputation as a retail innovation leader.

At MSL, Lynsey was a trusted senior corporate and consumer advisor for six years, driving growth and strategy for multiple Fortune 500 companies, including P&G, Allstate, Campbell’s Soup and Whirlpool.

She graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising/Public Relations and a minor in Professional Writing.
