Kelly serves on the Executive and Community Engagement Commmittees as Co-Chair.

Kelly graduated from GVSU in 1995 with a degree in Political Science. She has built a distinguished career in the HR Technology space and currently leads a team supporting the Workday HCM platform at a Fortune 500 company. Throughout her career, Kelly has worked across various industries—including automotive, health care, food distribution, and banking—transforming complex systems into scalable, user-friendly solutions. Passionate about people and processes, she is dedicated to driving efficiency and fostering collaboration within her organization.

Kelly resides in Rockford, Michigan, with her spouse, Tim. She has two adult children attending college in Michigan. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and playing pool, both competitively and for fun. 

She is excited to support students across the Colleges under CLAS as they transition from students to Lakers for Life!
