Hannah serves on the Executive and Steering Committee as the Vice Chair and the Community Engagement Committee.

She is the Founder and Managing Broker of Fancy Real Estate, a boutique commercial brokerage with a focus on working with small and medium-sized businesses, larger nonprofits, and innovative investors and developers who are committed to driving positive change and addressing the community's evolving needs.'

Under Hannah's leadership, Fancy Real Estate has experienced rapid growth in it's nearly two years of existence, expanding its team to include seven Commercial Realtors who all enjoy redefining the industry. Their unwavering commitment to creating a better future for Grand Rapids and its residents is evident in every aspect of their work and personal interests.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Hannah enjoys being a very unprofessional hobby farmer and a mom. You can probably find her in her car singing early-'00s indie rock somewhere around town.
