Amber Stout
Amber serves on the Executive and Steering Committee and the Fundraising Committee as the Co-Chair.
Amber is a donor relations professional with over twelve years of experience supporting art, design, and higher education organizations. Her work focuses on building meaningful connections with donors through thoughtful communication, recognition, and engagement. As Associate Director of Donor Relations and Communications at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Amber leads efforts to strengthen relationships with donors and communicate the impact of their support. Previously, at the Rhode Island School of Design, she focused on donor recognition and stewardship for annual giving programs.
Amber holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Museum Studies from Harvard University Extension School, as well as graduate certificates in Arts Administration and Nonprofit Management from Boston University and Harvard University Extension School. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art and Design from Grand Valley State University and remains committed to expanding experiential learning opportunities for CLAS students. Her early experiences with the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts, Dwelling Place’s Avenue for the Arts, and the Grand Rapids Ballet sparked her interest in arts administration and mission-driven organizations.
