Respiratory Care Application for Entry Level and 1+2+1 Tracks

Entry Level & 1+2+1 tracks...are for students entering GVSU who do not currently have a respiratory care degree.

Admission to GVSU is required prior to submitting this application. If you have not been admitted to GVSU please go to the GVSU admisison website and apply.
Semester start
- Entry Level track starts in winter semester (Jan.)
- 1+2+1 track starts in fall semester (Aug.)
Application deadline for priority consideration...applications will continue to be accepted until all seats in the programs are filled.
- Entry Level track: October 15th
- 1+2+1 track: March 15th.

The following criteria must be met for your application to be complete:
Officially admitted to GVSU for fall start of the program
All non-GVSU transcripts sent to GVSU (if taking courses elsewhere send transcripts at end of each semester)
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
Grade of "C" (2.00) higher for each prerequisite courses

Students who are unable to complete a clinical placement may not be able to meet program requirements for graduation.
