West Michigan Design Prize
The West Michigan Design Prize is a competition designed to provide students with a hands-on, real-world learning experience that fosters creative problem solving and innovation.
The West Michigan Design Prize (WMDP) is a partnership between:
- GVSU's Center for Community and Experiential Engagement
- Ferris State University's Kendall College of Art and Design
- Ottawa Area ISD's futurePREP'd program
- Muskegon Area ISD's 3P Learning team
- Kent ISD's Innovative Teaching team
The competition kicks off every year at the Student Tech Showcase hosted by The Right Place during Tech Week GR.
