Campus Life Night Fall 2026 Table Request

Register for a table at Campus Life Night - Fall 2026 below to connect with over 4,500 students on campus. Join us Sunday, August 30, from 6-8 p.m. in Lot H1 on the Valley Campus (Allendale, Michigan).

Note: Registration is only for GVSU Student Organizations, GVSU Departments, Businesses, and Non-profits. Registered Student Organizations are eligible for registration starting April 1. GVSU Departments are eligible for registration starting April 20. Businesses, and Non-Profits are eligible for registration starting May 1. Registration is first come, first serve and the Assistant Director of Student Life has the right to deny a registration for any reason. Registered Student Organizations must be in active status and have completed Fall 2026 Registration to be eligible for a table.

Space is limited and we ran out of spaces last fall on August 1.

General Event Guidelines:

Every group attending will be provided with one 8 foot table per spot that you have reserved. (We will not be providing chairs or table cloths). The tables will already be set up for you when you arrive. You will have your table space to set up and we will not have space around tables available.
You will be provided with a table sign with your organizations name, it must be displayed at all times.
If you have requested special accommodations you will receive an email approving or denying your request by August 24.
- Items not permitted at the event:
  - Speakers, microphones, megaphones or sound systems
  - Vehicles or large pieces of equipment without approval.
  - Any item that would break the GVSU Weapons policy
  - Any other item that is deemed to be disruptive or unsafe by the Office of Student Life Staff.
- Any food must be approved and indicated on the form.
- Selling of items or fundraising is not permitted at Campus Life Night, any group found selling anything will be asked to leave.

If the event must be rescheduled all approved reservations will be honored and the make-up date will be Sunday, September 13. Refunds will not be made if you cannot attend the make-up date.
