Registration Details






General Event Guidelines to keep in mind when selecting special requests:

  • A maximum of three (3)  individual representatives of the organization/business/department/non-profit are allowed to be at the table at one time.
  • Every group attending will be provided with one 5-6 foot table per spot that you have reserved. (We will not be providing chairs or table cloths). The tables will already be set up for you when you arrive.  You will have your table space to set up and we will not have space around tables available. 
  • The event is indoors.
  • The selling of items is not permitted at Campus Life Night.
  • If you have requested special accommodations you will receive an email approving or denying your request. 
    • Items not permitted at the event:
      • Speakers, microphones, megaphones or sound systems
      • Vehicles or large pieces of equipment
      • Any item that would break the GVSU Weapons policy
      • Any other item that is deemed to be disruptive or unsafe by the Office of Student Life Staff.






Food items that are allowed at Campus Life Night (keep in mind you cannot sell anything at Campus Life Night):

  • Pizza by the slice
  • Donuts, Brownies or Cookies
  • Prepackaged items purchased at a store which are packaged individually either by the manufacturer or store personnel.
