Please note: All Registered Student Organizations that would like to have a table at Campus Life Night must be currently active and good standing. They must have completed Fall 2026 Registration by June 30, 2026 on LakerLink. Information on Fall Registration can be found on the Student Organization Support website

More information about Sponsorship Packages - all are limited availability and the Office of Student Life reserves the right to decline a sponsorship for any reason. 

Sponsorship Package 1:

  • 1 space/table at preferred location
  • Signage on Event Website
  • Signage at Event
  • Funds are used toward free Kona Ice or Mike's Lemonade for participants

Sponsorship Package 2:

  • 2 spaces/tables at preferred location
  • Signage on Event Website
  • Signage at Event
  • Logo/company name on giveaway item for students that scan into the event, part of the scan in can be stopping at your table 

Sponsorship Package 3:

  • 3 spaces/tables at preferred location
  • Signage on Event Website
  • Signage at Event
  • Logo/company name on Welcome Tote Bag - given to all student attendees, we can arrange that your table also gives away these tote bags

Please note you will be contacted with steps to confirm your performance on August 1. If you need music played for your performance, that will need to be sent as an MP3 file before August 1 to confirm your spot.
