Check-In

Students must bring their GVSU student ID to the event.

When you arrive at the check-in table, you'll give your student ID to the volunteer in exchange for the silent disco headphones and a colored wristband.

Your ID will be held safely until you return your headphones to the check-in table.

During the Event

Each DJ will have their own station on the wireless headphones. Flip between stations to find songs you want to dance to and adjust volume.

Your headphones will light up with the color of the DJ station you are listening to, showing your support for the vibes they are setting!

Bathrooms will be available in the Kirkhof Center during the event.

There is no bag or coat check. You are responsible for your own personal items.

Returning the Headphones

Done dancing and ready to head out? We've got an easy process to return headphones and get back your student ID:

Look at your wristband color and find the corresponding table (i.e. blue wristband goes to blue table)

There will be a number on your wristband. Tell the volunteer your number and full name. 

Swap your headphones for your student ID. You're all set!
