Biomedical Sciences (BMS) is the preeminent choice of major at GVSU for students interested in health-related careers. These include medicine (human and veterinary), dentistry, pharmacy, and nursing. It is also an excellent choice for students interested in furthering their training at the graduate level (e.g. microbiology, physiology, immunology, nutrition, public health). Students interested in these and other post-baccalaureate career options can learn more at the CLAS Advising Center and by meeting with their academic advisor in the BMS department.
