- If you decide to transfer to GVSU prior to completing your Associates Degree, you should consider taking advantage of the reverse transfer agreement we have with all Michigan community colleges.

- Each college at GVSU has an academic advising center that serves specific majors in that college. If you have specific questions about program requirements, you could contact the advising center to seek additional information.
- Each academic department at GVSU provides additional information about specific programs of study and links to important resources. You may access a comprehensive list here.
- Our Career Center provides comprehensive support and resources for all students at GVSU. It is recommended that you connect with the counselors there as soon as you transition to GVSU.
- The Career Guides by Major allow students to investigate possible career or graduate/professional school opportunities based on specific programs of study.

- *Students may need to complete two ENG courses in order to fulfill the WRT 150 requirement at GVSU. If ENG prerequisite is not needed, a general education course may be substituted.

- Additional courses that will transfer from NMC to meet engineering requirements are: EGR 101, EGR 111, EGR 211, MTH 131, MTH 241, MTH 251, PHY 222, PHY 222L, PHY 222R.
- Students who will be pursuing a Mechanical Engineering (ME) major can also transfer the following NMC courses to meet ME requirements: EGR 201, EGR 202, EGR 203, EGR 221, EGR 232.
- Students who will be pursuing a Biomedical Engineering (BME) major with a Mechanical Engineering emphasis can transfer the ME courses listed above to meet BME requirements, except for EGR 232.
- Students who will be pursuing a Product Design and Manufacturing (PDM) Engineering major or a Biomedical Engineering (BME) major with a Product Design and Manufacturing emphasis can also transfer the following NMC course to meet PDM or BME requirements: EGR 201, EGR 202, EGR 221.
