Engagement

Engagement & Communications

As Academic Affairs proceeds with creating a strategic framework to guide the division into the future, engagement and consultation are critical components of supporting shared governance, shared leadership, and an inclusive approach to shared work. To this end, the Writing Team will be:

  • Engaged - We will engage members of the Academic Affairs community throughout the framework development process.
  • Stakeholder-Focused & Time-Bound - When we engage, we will “listen at scale” to ensure that voices are heard while we balance the feasibility of completing the planning process in a timely manner.
  • Communicative – We will provide timely communications about progress and components.

This timeline and milestone section below outlines the planned points of engagement and communication.

The visual lists the following inputs: the COACHE report & Shared Leadership work; the Student Success Strategy, the Reach Higher Together input and subsequent qualitative analysis, the SPARCA process, the work of the Experiential Learning Task Force, etc
