While all University locations individually approach the needs of commuter students, many offices remain open until 6 p.m. or later to provide access to their services, including the Student Assistance Center, libraries, computer labs, tutoring, study areas, and dining locations.  Beyond the posted hours, departments may accommodate after-hours appointments when specifically requested.  Workshops and programs are often scheduled in the evenings, as well.  University bus services continue operating well beyond the hour that all classes have ended.

Additionally, just about every program and department has an extensive website with information, frequently asked questions, and contact information, available after standard office hours.

Computer and Technology Services
The Computer and Technology Services Helpdesk operates Mondays – Thursdays until 7:30 p.m. and Fridays until 5:30 p.m.  Contact the Helpdesk at 616.331.2101 or helpdesk@gvsu.edu  for assistance.  CTS Helpdesk Self Service can be accessed anytime by going to http://cts.gvsu.edu
