The Counseling and Career Development provides services just for those times. It may be in the form of confidential personal counseling, crisis intervention services, group-therapy, screening, workshops, resources or community referrals. 

In addition to those services, licensed counselors specialize in a wide range of psychological and emotional specialty areas from feelings of anxiety, to body image and substance abuse.
