Policy update: STUDENT ATHLETES IN RESEARCH

Attention Researchers - HRRC policy update regarding GVSU student athlete participants 

Effective immediately, all research involving student athletes must be authorized by Mark Stoessner, Head Athletic Trainer. 

Researchers - please SHARE your protocol with Mark via IRBNet so that he may review your protocol.  This is the same system used to obtain approval from your authorizing official.  Please note:  For all protocols involving student athletes, 3 electronic signatures are required:

1. Principle Investigator

2. Authorizing Official (eg. Department Head)

3. Mark Stoessner, Head Athletic Trainer
