Sophie Lehner, The UK
Overall, my experience in London was truly a transformative one. I had the opportunity to write a blog for GVPRSSA about my time abroad. I wrote "I found a love for London when I left home". Once I heard a quote from Mel Robbins in which she said, "Live somewhere new in your twenties, it doesn't have to be forever, but it will change you forever." This has been proven to be more than true.ý While this time abroad expanded my horizons academically, it also pushed me to grow as a person. I went into something scary, and I did it alone. I truly believe that because of my study abroad experience, I am better at living a fulfilling life.
Sophie Lehner studied at the University of Roehampton in London. She majored in Advertising and Public Relations with a Psychology Minor.
